数字式天线旋转控制系统的软件实现

摘    要:提出了一种全新的天线旋转控制的软件实现方案。采用Visual C 6.0设计并实现了一个实用的系统,它一方面将传统的模拟闭环系统简化为数字开环系统,另一方面将传统的机械式监控面板改进为屏幕上的软件面板,PC机成为控制装置的一部分,实现了一个计算机化的旋转控制器。软件的标准控件完成参数输入和数值显示,二维动画代替模拟指针。不仅减少了系统的机械部件,而且增加了系统校准和故障处理等功能。文中提供了关键的软件技术实现细节,给出了具体的设计指标和预期的运行结果。

Abstract:New software realization of a control system for antenna rotating is proposed. The traditional closed loop analog system is simplified to an open loop digital system and the traditional monitor consol is improved to a software consol on the screen. The parameter setting and displaying are implemented by the standard software resource and the mechanical pointers on the dial are replaced by the two dimension moving pictures. PC becomes a part of the control system, a computerized rotator is realized. Fewer mechanical parts are used, more functions of the system, such as calibration and fault condition handling are added. A practical system is designed and implemented using Visual C++ 6 0. The key technical details in the design are provided, the basic specifications and its satisfactory operational results are also given.
