洗涤剂对果蝇生长发育和生殖的影响

摘    要:为研究洗涤剂对果蝇生长发育和生殖的影响.本实验取亲本置于不同浓度受试物的培养基中,培养得到F1代;随机取2对F1代处女蝇作为F2代亲本,于各相应浓度的培养基中培养.记录F2代的生长发育状况,获得了每管果蝇中幼虫、蛹及成虫首次出现的时间,并统计各浓度梯度下每管果蝇每天羽化的数目.结果表明:经洗涤剂处理后,果蝇后代的数量随着洗涤剂浓度的升高而减少,果蝇后代的羽化速度随着洗涤剂浓度的升高而降低,果蝇的发育也随洗涤剂浓度的升高而减慢.

Abstract:To study the effect of detergent on fruit flies growth and reproductive.The experiment took cultivate parents(P0)in the culture mediums which contained washing powder of different concentration.Random selected two pairs of virgin drosophila melanogaster of F1 as the parents of F2,cultivated them in the corresponded culture mediums.Noted down the status of growth and development of F2.Took statistics and analysis the data.Get the data of hatch,became pupae and eclodion of drosophila melanogaster in each cuvette.Note down the mediums which contains scour of different concentration for two generations,the number of their offspring decreaced,the sex ratio changed the speed of eclosion slowed down,and the time course prolonged.Results showed that after washing powder processing,the number of drosophila offspring the basic with the increase of concentration of detergent and reduce,flies the feather of the offspring speed as the basic washing powder by the rise of concentration,the growth of fruit flies also increased with concentration of detergent and slow down.
