| 摘 要： | 清代建国初确定了“兴文教、崇经术,以开太平”的文教方针,从而促进了地方教育的发展。山东官学教育迅速发展,有清一代教育水平居于前列,究其原因,主要得益于地方教育者们的重教意识。
