| Abstract: | The Tang dynasty novel played a significant role in the history of Chinese ancient novels. The shognnate system was an impor- tant characteristic of the political system in the Tang dynasty. This paper mainly discusses the relationship between the novels and the shogunate in the Tang dynasty, and explores the deeper effects of shogunate in the process of the Tang dynasty novel＇s formation and de- velopment. |
