| 摘 要： | 新媒体环境下的新闻传播,因其传播渠道的快捷性,短时间积聚大量网民的注意.但因群体感染、情绪激化和责任意识淡薄从而导致暴力围观现象.其引发的侵犯人身权利、舆论导向偏颇和道德审判失当问题值得深思.为防止暴力围观现象需建立良好的舆论氛围、完善网络法律制度和加强对网络信息的监管.

| Abstract: | The news.communication under the new media environment attracts large audience＇s attention owing to its quickness of commu- nication, but leads to the on -looking phenomenon of violence because of audience＇s emotion and lack of duty awareness. Tile violation of personal right, incorrect opinion guidance and improper judgement of ethics are worth reflection. In order to prevent the on - looking phenomenon of violence, it is necessary to the good opinion atmosphere, perfect the network law system and strengthen the supervisionof the network information.
