为了解少数民族学生与非少数民族学生在英语学习方面的差异，选取了一个民族重点高校进行实证调查工作，分析数据并对数据做出解释。

An empirical study of English teaching and learning for ethnic minority students

Starting with the introduction of the situation of current English education in minority areas, the paper is followed by the research aimed to investigate the differences on students＇attitudes towards English teaching and learning between ethnic minority students and students from urban areas. Afterwards, research findings are provided and reasonably explained. The research findings show that the differences lie in their preferences to the after - class English learning activities and their expectations of the English learning.
