教育公平视域下民族地区学前教育的均衡发展研究

摘    要:民族地区由于受自然条件、经济发展、历史原因以及价值观念等多方面的限制和影响,学前教育的发展一直处于滞后和失衡的状态.推动区域资源均衡配置,促进学前教育的公平发展,从宏观层面要实施倾斜政策,加大扶持力度;中观层面,构建区域联盟,实现内生增长;微观层面,完善师资培训,加强交流机制.

Abstract:Education fairness is an important basis and manifestation of social equity and justice. Due to the natural, economic, histori- cal factors and other aspects and impacts, the development of pre - school education has been lagging and lied in the state of imbalance. We should promote the balanced allocation of regional resources and the equitable development of pre - primary education. We should implement preferential policies and offer more policy support at the macroscopic level, build regional alliances and realize the endoge- nous growth at the medium level, improve the teacher training and strengthen the exchange mechanisms at the micro level so as to a- chieve balanced development of pre - primary education in the minority areas.
