职业教育面临的问题与发展对策研究简

从系统与环境、功能与职能的关系入手,归纳分析职业教育面临的外部环境问题、自身问题以及职业教育在与外部环境联系中存在的问题.从确立职业学校职能定位,优化组合职业教育组成机构、提升科学决策水平、坚定不移抓好质量建设、优化职业教育发展环境五个方面提出了发展对策.

Research into the problems of vocational education and its development measures

Starting from the relationship between system and environment, function and duty, this paper generalizes the outer environ- ment problem, self problem and the problem of connection of vocational education with the outer environment and sets up the position of functions of vocational schools. It puts forward the development measures in terms of optimizing the vocational education mechanism, improving the scientific decision making and optimizing vocational education development environment.
