| 摘 要： | 高职院校是我国高等教育的重要组成部分,应当根据国家需要培养创新型人才.高职院校创新型人才培养中首先应当有明确的培养目标和人才规格定位,其次应确定创新人才的知识面和培养熟练的专业技能.

A probe into the innovative talents training in higher vocational colleges |

| Abstract: | Vocational colleges are an important part of our higher education, therefore, vocational colleges should be in accordance with national needs to cultivate innovative talents. In vocational colleges as for the innovative personnel training, first we should determine a clear training objective and position talent specification and secondly determine the broad range of knowledge and skilled expertise for talented personnel. |
