| 摘 要： | 工业界 ,尤其是乳化肠类肉食产品加工行业 ,对计算机图象识别及检测处理技术有着十分迫切的需要。本文通过对多品种乳化肠产品的大量采集和检测 ,研究了该项技术在乳化肠类产品在线检测中应用的可行性 ,文中重点讨论了火腿肠自动图象采集及判别处理系统的硬软件结构、火腿肠图象的判别算法、火腿肠图象检测的实验数据及实验结果分析 ,为实时图象检测设备的产品化奠定了基础。 |

| Abstract: | In industrial kingdom,especially in emulsification intestines species meatpacking' enterprise,the technology of taking image and it's recognition by use of a computer is urgently required.This technology has been researched by authors.In this paper,the structures of the hardware and software(including image processing and recognition,data sampled processing) are introduced. |
