基于熔体结构的高温灰渣粘度模型

摘    要:从影响结渣物化特性的灰熔体结构入手,针对不同的化学组成以及不同离子在熔体结构中的作用,提出并分析了灰熔体的结构模型以及定量指标P/M.研究了灰熔体结构指标P/M与灰渣熔体粘温特性的关系,在此基础上,提出了基于熔体结构的高温灰渣粘度模型,并与以往的指标进行了比较.

Abstract:The different ash melt structures are formed due to the different chemical composition and ion potential of elements in ash and slag, which effect the physical-chemical properties of slag in fur- nace. The structure theory of ash melt was analyzed and a new structure index P/M put forward, and the relationship between P/M and viscosity-temperature properties of slag was studied. Based on the structure model of slag, a new model for prediction of viscosity of slag under high temperature was in- troduced. The comparison between the new index P/M and former one used for prediction of slagging propensity were also made.
