摘    要:本文将色谱进样技术应用于火焰原子吸收分光光度法,对微量人耳全血血样中四种必须微量元素铜、锌、钙、镁的含量进行了测定。以微体积注射喷雾技术取代常规连续喷雾法,将样品溶液的进样体积减少至10-20μl,实现了微量样品的多元素分析。

Abstract:The chromatographic injection technique is applied to flame atomic absorption spectrometry in this study. The injection volume of the sample solution can be as little as 10-20μl, using discrete nebulization instead of the conventional method. The contents of Cu, Zn, Ca and Mg in the whole blood samples from human's ear have been determined with this method.
