论我国土地征收补偿制度存在的问题及其对策

近几年在我国由土地征收引起的社会问题日益严峻。征地问题的存在，归根到底是由于我国土地征收补偿制度不完善导致的。我国土地征收补偿标准低、补偿范围窄、补偿方式不够灵活，这些都迫切需要改革。因此，有必要从这些方面完善我国的土地征收补偿制度。
