| 摘 要： | 主编是期刊的组织者和领导者,其行为、意识对期刊的生存和发展起举足轻重的作用。主编信息意识的强弱直接影响着期刊的整体水平,信息意识强的主编应具有极强的信息感受能力、极广的信息采集能力、极佳的信息处理能力,从而确保实现其主编的期刊文献信息优化增值。

| Abstract: | The editor-in-chief is the organizer and leader of a journal whose behavior and consciousness plays a decisive role in the survival and development of the journal. Whether the editor-in-chief is information-conscious has direct bearing on the quality of the journal because an editor-in-chief with strong information consciousness is sensitive to information, adept at collecting and processing information, and thus can optimize the journal. |
