| 摘 要： | 科技期刊信息资源开发与利用是高校图书馆工作的一个重要组成部分．本文以鞍山科技大学为例，通过调查、分析问题入手，探讨普通高校图书馆科技期刊信息资源开发与利用的过程，提出要树立一个围绕学校教育、教学中心，开发科技期刊信息资源的全新观念；结合图书馆人员组成的实际，做好人力资源的建设；以本校学科建设为基础，建全信息资源库．

| Abstract: | The development and utilization of scientific and technological periodical's information resources(STPIR) is an important part in a library of university.The article takes the Anshan scientific and technologies university for an example,begins with investigating and analyzing problems,probes into the overall procedure of ordinary university's STPIR,and puts forward a new conception about university education,teaching center,STPIR's development that is to say,by utilizing and developing STPIR,we can bring the manpower arrangement into full play on the basis of the ersonnel structure,and we can also improve the information consultant systems based on discipline construction in our university. |
