压敏显色微胶囊的合成及性能研究

摘    要:本文应用原位聚合方法,并以部分醚化的六羟甲基三聚氰胺(简称PEHMM)作为缩聚反应的单体,在含有聚电解质的水溶液中合成压敏显色微胶囊。文中对压敏显色微胶囊的气密性,包容量,胶囊粒径分布及其平均粒径等性能的影响因素作了探讨,指出PEHMM的用量和加入方式是影响胶囊气密性和包容量的主要因素,而均化时间和速度决定着胶囊的平均粒径及粒径分布。

Abstract:The work in this paper concerns the pressure-sensitive color-developing microcapsule used for the manufacture of non-carbon required copy paper. The microcapsule is characterized by a leuco solution inside and a shell with necessary strength outside. When it is broken under certain pressure, the leuco solution flows out and develops the correspponding color as soon as it meets developing substance. An approach to synthesize the microcapsule has been explored by means of in situ polymerization and in the presece of the polyelectrolyte MS. The relationships between the shell monomer PEHMM and the properties of microcapsule havebeen discussed. The condition of emulsification and the good shell-core ratio have been indicated.
