| 摘 要： | 嘉陵江流域南充段是１个集丘陵低山贫困地区，老区为一体的特殊地区，耕地产出是区域经济的支柱，人增地减，各业争地直接影响到农业的可持续发展和流域生态环境，实现耕地总量动态平衡，建立和完善保护制度，是区域经济持续发展的重要保证。

| Abstract: | Nanchong region in Jialing River valley is a special area, which is not only a hilly area and impoverished area, but also an old liberated area. The output of cultivated land is a pillar of regional economy. That populationincrease and cultivated land decrease effect directly the sustainable development of agriculture and ecological balance in thevalley. Realizing dynamic equilibrium Of total quantity of cultivated land, establishing and perfecting the system of protectingcultivated land are important pledges of the sustainable development of regional economy. |
