| 摘 要： | 教育在和谐社会建设过程中具有基础性、先导性、全局性的作用。坚持教育优先发展是用科学发展观破解教育发展道路的种种矛盾和问题;坚持教育优先发展,必须坚持把社会主义核心价值体系融入国民教育的全过程;坚持教育优先发展,必须根据建设创新型国家的要求,推进教育创新,提高我国教育的竞争力。

| Abstract: | Education has a foundational,precursory and overall effect on construction of harmonious society.To adhere to giving priority to the development of education is to analyse and explain all different contradictions and problems in the course of education development by taking a scientific approach to development.To adhere to giving priority to the development of education,it is imperative to persist in mixing the socialist nuclear system of value together with the whole course of national education,push on education for innovativon and enhance competitive power of education in China on the basis of the requirements of building the innovational type of country. |
