简论转型时期我国的教育公平问题

摘    要:分析了教育公平的内涵及教育公平的基本特征和实现教育公平遵循的的原则。指出转型时期,我国教育显失公平主要体现在教育机会不均等和教育资源分配不公平以及学校微观层面的不公平。实现教育公平需要在树立公平价值取向、统筹城乡教育发展、完善教育经费支出管理制度、依法治教、办学主体多元化、健全教育救助制度、改革学生评价制度和加强师德建设等八方面做好工作。

Abstract:The content,the basic features of educational equity are analyzed,as well as the principles to achieve educational equity.It points out that,in the transition period,China’s educational inequity is mainly reflected in unequal educational opportunities and unfair distribution of educational resources and micro-level in school.To achieve educational equity,eight aspects should be strengthened: establishing a fair value orientation,developing urban and rural education,improving the education expenditure management system,insisting on governing education according to law,promoting diversification in the school system,establishing a sound educational assistance system,reforming the student evaluation system and strengthening the construction of ethics of teacher.
