论《金瓶梅词话》中宴饮描写的市井气质

摘    要:研究了中国世情小说的开山之作《金瓶梅词话》。认为该小说的宴饮描写具有浓郁的市井气质:其一,宴会食物质朴,做法粗犷,不见高雅气息;其二,通过宴饮描写展现人性、人情和市井智慧。分析了小说中围绕西门庆家的日常起居及人际交往向读者展示的明代中后期以食色为中心的世俗生活风貌。

Abstract:The feasts in Golden Lotus,which is the first traditional novel describing family life in China,are studied.There are two types of folk-quality about the feasts in Golden Lotus: the food of the feasts is simple,with rough cooking,which is not elegant;the human nature,the social relationship and the folk wisdom are shown through feasts.Description of the daily life and interpersonal communication of Ximen Qing’s family shows that,the appetite for food and sex is the center of the secular life in late Ming Dynasty.
