| 摘 要： | 采用酶联免疫法测定水产品中残留己烯雌酚的含量，并采用液相色谱-质谱联用法验证阳性结果。实验结果表明，该方法对水产品中己烯雌酚的检出限为0.35 μg/kg，回收率达77%～91%，具有良好的灵敏度和准确度。

| Abstract: | The content of diethylstilbestrol(DES)residues in aquatic products was determined by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA),and the positive results were verified by liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry (LC-MS).The final test results show that the detection limit of DES in aquatic products is 0.35 μg/kg and the recovery rate is 77%～91%. This method has good sensitivity and accuracy. |
