| 摘 要： | “双师型”教师队伍建设的规范化、法制化是高等职业技术教育健康蓬勃发展的关键，本文通过分析“双师型”教师的内涵及目前尚存在的问题，提出“双师型”教师队伍建设的途径和方法。
