| 摘 要： | 本文采用载文量统计、文摘量统计和引文分析三种方法,分别统计分析了1988—1990年三年的国内食品科技期刊,得到三个核心期刊子序列表。并用加权平均的方法,综合处理三个统计结果,得出国内食品科技核心期刊17种。

| Abstract: | In this paper,the Chinese core journals on food science and technology have beenselected. The method used for the selection of the core journals is as follows.First, for everyChinese journal of food science and technology over a period of three years (1988-1990),a sta-tistical counting of the total number of articles presented by the journal,the number of articlesabstracted by velevant abstract journals and the number of articles cited by other related jour-nals in the field were performed. Secondly,a weighted mean was calculated for these three sta-tistical figures. Finally, the journals were arranged by weighted mean and 17 journals at thetop level of the rank were selected as core journals on food science and technology. |
