不同倾斜角度下抽油泵泵效室内试验

摘    要:通过对常规泵在不同倾斜角度下的工作特性及阀球运动规律的研究,设计出改进型斜井抽油泵。并将两种泵的工作特性曲线进行对比,得到了两种抽油泵泵效开始降低的临界倾角,同时分析了倾斜角度和冲次对泵效的影响以及改进型斜井抽油泵泵效高于常规泵的原因。研究结果表明改进型斜井泵的内部结构的改进和材质的优选是泵效提高的主要因素。本研究成果为现场斜井泵优选和合理工作制度的制定提供依据。
