煤矿机械零部件弹塑性设计分析

摘    要:用弹塑性理论对煤矿机械的零部件作了力学分析 ,讨论了分析方法的应用范围、可行性及国内外弹塑性设计的发展趋势。分析了煤矿机械传统设计力学模型的缺陷及部分煤矿机械失效机理 ,及液压支架在部分节点达到塑性后的安定问题。用弹塑性有限元分析程序对郑州煤矿机械厂生产的UYZ35液压支架进行了验算 ,结果证明可节约钢材 5 %

Abstract:The paper has adopted the theory of elasto-plastic to analyze the parts of coal mine machinery and discussed the applied range and advantages and developing tendency of that theory. This paper has also analyzed some disadvantages of traditional design model and discussed the failure reasons of some coal mine machinery parts and stability problems of powered support when some nodes' moment has achieved the plastic ultimate moment. The UZY35 powered supports made by ZHENG ZHOU coal mine machinery plant have been verified by elasto plastic finite element computer programmes. The results show that 5 % of material can be saved when using elasto plastic analysis methods.
