摘    要:主要研究Ti(C,N)基金属陶瓷的纳米混合粉末在添加不同分散剂的水溶液中的分散行为及分散机制.使用一组10mL试管研究了混合粉末在分散液中的分散行为,并采用Zeta电位和FTIR等研究手段分析了混合粉末在分散液中的分散机制.试验结果表明,阳离子表面活性剂十六烷基溴化铵(CTAB)和非离子表面活性剂PVA的分散效果均明显优于阳离子表面活性剂CH3(CH2)11OSO3Na,CTAB和PVA的混合液比单一的CTAB或PVA的分散稳定效果要好.含有15g/L聚乙烯醇(PVA)和10g/LCTAB的水溶液中具有最好的分散效果.在纳米粉末分散过程中,静电排斥作用和空间位阻作用都同时存在.

Abstract:The dispersion behavior and mechanism of mixed nano-powders of Ti(C,N)-based cermets in aqueous medium with different dispersants were investigated. The dispersion behavior of the mixed powders was studied with a group of 10mL test tube. The dispersion mechanism of the mixed powders was investigated by FTIR and Zeta potential. The results showed that the dispersion effect of cationic surfactant (CTAB) and non-ion surfactant (PVA) all surpassed the dispersion effect of anion surfactant (CH_3(CH_2)_ 11 OSO_3Na) , the mixed water liquor of CTAB and PVA provided better dispersed suspension than single surfactant. The nano-powders could have the most dispersion effect in aqueous medium with 15g/L PVA and 10g/L CTAB. The electrostatic repulsion and steric repulsion would play important function in the dispersal process of nano-powders.
