| 摘 要： | １９９９年,云南省提出了建设“绿色经济强省、民族文化大省、连楼南亚、东南亚国际大通道”的发展战略。本文就 新世纪云南经济发展的这一特色,从云南经济面临的问题、经济的特色在哪里、绿色经济及民族文化经济新的增 长点如何培育等系列问题进行了论述,进而对发展本地区经济阐明了自己的思路和对策。

| Abstract: | A development strategy was proposed in Yunnan "to build and highlight the province in green economy, minorities' culture, and as an international gateway linking south Asia and Soutbeast Asia." In the light of this strategy, the article discusses the prob lems confronting Yunnan's economy, what is it characteristic of, where and how to enhance the growth rate of green economy, bow to promote the minorities' culture and economy. The author expounds his thoughts and countermeasures for developing the economy of this area. |
