| 摘 要： | 随着机房规模的不断扩大，传统的人工管理已不能满足当前管理的需要．提出了利用UML和Rose设计构建开放式计算机实验室网络收费管理系统的方案，通过网络管理系统实时监测并准确反映学生的上机使用情况，来规范学生对实验室计算机的使用，从而达到优化资源与管理的作用．

| Abstract: | Traditional manual management can't satisfy the current managing requirement as computer laboratory continuous growth in the scale.Therefore this article proposes that using UML and Rose to designs and constructs network manage system of the open computer laboratory,using real-time monitor to accurately reflects result on student's using computer through this system.It establishs a criteria to students who use laboratory computer and achieves optimum resources use and manage function. |
