摘    要:健壮有效的相移算法是干涉图处理中一个非常关键的技术。相位值自动标定算法可以消除移相误差,因此得到了广泛关注和应用。其中Kong-Kim算法和基于一阶泰勒级数展开式的迭代最小二乘算法是两种非常优秀的算法。现用模拟和实测数据对这两种算法进行了分析比较。

Abstract:A robust and effective phase shifting algorithm is important to process interferogram. Auto calibration of phase step can eliminate phase shift errors, and is therefore extensively applied. Kong Kim algorithm and the algorithm of iterative least square fitting based on the first order Taylor series expansion are good ones. These two algorithms are compared and analysised by using simulated and measured data.
