摘    要:研究了在味精废水中混合培养粘红酵母和钝顶螺旋藻,并生产油脂。将COD(化学需氧量)为32000mg/L的味精废水稀释5倍,pH值调节到5.5,接种10%粘红酵母,培养3d后接种10%螺旋藻。培养5d后,COD降解率为70.3%,油脂产量为216mg/L,分别是粘红酵母单独培养的1.75倍和5.42倍,螺旋藻单独培养的2.36倍和7.64倍。混合培养也利于废水中NH4+-N、还原糖以及谷氨酸的去除。

Mix-cultivation of Rhodotorula glutinis and Spirulina platensis in monosodium glutamate wastewater for lipid production

Abstract:The mix-cultivation of Rhodotorula glutinis and Spirulina platensis in monosodium glutamate wastewater for lipid production has been investigated. The following optimum culture conditions were established: initial pH adjusted to 5.5; incubation of 10% Rhodotorula glutinis at the beginning of the culture process and addition of 10% Spirulina platensis on the 3rd day. The culture medium was five times diluted monosodium glutamate wastewater with an initial COD of 32000mg/L. The COD degradation ratio was 70.3% and the total lipid concentration reached 216mg/L. These values are respectively 2.36 times and 7.64 times those for a Spirulina platensis culture alone, and respectively 1.75 times and 5.42 times those for a Rhodotorula glutinis culture alone. The mix-cultivation also afforded very low concentrations of NH4+—N, reducing sugar and glutamic acid. 
