| 摘 要： | 建设工程质量不仅关系着企业的形象,也关系着人民的生命财产安全,特别是"5.12"汶川大地震后,建设工程质量一度成为社会关注的焦点.建立和加强建设工程质量控制与风险管理已成为企业必须考虑的问题.依据现行的建筑工程政策法规的相关规定,结合工程建设的客观情况,对建设工程各阶段质量控制的风险成因进行思考和分析,为建筑行业提供加强建设工程质量控制与风险管理的建议.
