| 摘 要： | 分析"以人为本"教育理念的特殊内涵,阐述在大学生思想政治教育中全面推进素质教育,树立"以人为本"理念的必要性,探讨如何从制度和机制层面确保"以人为本"教育理念的贯彻实施,建立新的工作思路,探索新的途径和方法,不断增强大学生思想政治教育的针对性、时效性、吸引力和感染力。

| Abstract: | This article analyzes the special connotation of the educational concept of humanity, expatiates upon the necessity of promoting comprehensive quality education and developing the "humanist concept" in the ideological and political education for college students, discusses how to guarantee the implementation of the "humanist concept" from the system and mechanism level, establish new train of thoughts for work, explore new ways and methods so as to reinforce the pertinency, effectiveness, attractiveness and inspiration of the ideological and political education for college students. |
