| 摘 要： | 提出了建设用地定额的确切定义和用统计分析与专家咨询相结合制定建设用地定额的新方法,包括用数量化理论Ⅰ缩小样本,用极小方差原则修正调查值,用数据库技术,专家群组决策协调专家经验与用地实践。这些方法已部分用于制定《南充地区各类建设用地定额》,对于制定其它技术标准也有一定参考价值

| Abstract: | The article shows a new approach that combines statistic analysis with specialist consultation in compiling land-use quantatum for construction. Having partly applied to the work-out of Nanchong prefecture Land-use Quantatum for Construction, the approach includes reducing samples with the quantitative theory I, revising investigation value with the minimum variance principle, and bringing into line specialists' experience and land-use practice with data bank technology and specialist group decision. The approach is also helpful in making other technology standards. |
