摘    要:利用水热法制备了高活性碳纳米管(CNTs)/Ti O2光催化剂,采用XRD,IR,SEM和UV等手段表征了其结构及表面组成,并以偶氮类染料EBPV为目标物评价了该催化剂在可见光下的光催化效果。结果表明:CNTs/Ti O2复合物为锐钛矿型,粒子为球状和类球状;与Ti O2相比,CNTs/Ti O2复合物吸收峰移至可见光区;在实验条件下其对目标物的可见光催化降解效率达95%以上。实验表明,在水溶液中EBPV的光催化降解过程服从准一级动力学方程。9次循环利用后,CNTs/Ti O2复合物的光催化活性降低了5%。

Abstract:A carbon nanotubes CNTs/TiO2 photocatalyst with high activity was prepared by using hydrothermal method.XRD,IR,SEM and UV-vis were used to characterize the structure and appearance of the catalyst.Eriochrome Black PV(CGY)(EBPV) was used as the target pollutant to test its activity.The results show the CNTs/TiO2 composite is anatase-type,and the particles are found to be spherical and quasi-spherical shaped from SEM analysis.From the UV-vis spectra,the absorption edge of CNTs/TiO2 composite shifts apparently from UV to visible-light region as compared with commercial pure TiO2.The photocatalytic character was evaluated by photo-decolorization of EBPV under solar irradiation.It is shown that CNTs has a significant effect on the improvement of TiO2 activity.Moreover,the photocatalytic decolorization of EBPV in aqueous solution satisfactorily follows the pseudo-first-order kinetics.After 9 reuse cycles,the catalytic activity of CNTs/ TiO2 decreases by 5% only.
