| Abstract: | The problem how to evalute further equal rate of the accidents is alwecys present in pratice. It hasn't been settled yet. The method in Text 1 isn't reasonable,either. The following passage woill give the criterion of further evaluation when the rate of accidents is equal by rneans of the compari sion and explanation to some probabilites. We hope it will be useful to seitle the problern in practice. |
