摘    要:本文观察了小鼠45天游泳训练后恢复期肝脏和骨骼肌游离氨基酸的变化。结果表明:训练组小鼠股四头肌大多数氨基酸明显升高,而肝脏大多数氨基酸出现降低,其中肌肉支链氨基酸的增多和肝脏支链氨基酸的减少十分显著;血尿素氮也有意义的降低。提示:长期训练的恢复期内,游离氨基酸的流向主要趋于肝脏向骨骼肌输出,以促进肌肉蛋白质尽快合成,肝脏氨基酸的恢复似乎滞后于肌肉。耐力训练中及恢复期体内激素水平的变化是调控氨基酸代谢的主要因素和可能机制。

Abstract:This study observed changes in free amino acids of liver and skeletal muscle in mice during recovery following 45-day swim training. The results showed that the levels of most amino acids in the femoral muscles quadriceps increased obviously in the training group, while those of most amino acids in the liver decreased, with a significant increase in muscular branched chain amino acids and a significant decrease in liver branched chain amino acids. Blood urea nitrogen levels also decreased significantly. Hint: During recovery of long-term training, the flow of free amino acids is chiefly characterized by their output from the liver to skeletal muscles, to promote the rapid synthesis of muscular protein. Liver amino acids seem to recover more slowly than muscle amino acids. Changes in hormone levels during both endurance training and recovery constitute the major factors for the regulation of amino acid metabolism and the possible mechanism.
