供应链的利润模型与优化问题

建立并改进了供应链的成本模型·应用管理会计基于作业的成本分析方法,研究了供应链成本结构,并给出8种不同类型的分销商作业成本·以顾客订货量中可调整部分为决策变量,建立了分销商的利润优化模型,为协调供应链成员关系提供了有效依据·最后,采用进化规划算法,并结合宝钢采购处实际进行了仿真计算,结果表明:在一定范围内调整顾客订货量,可以增加分销商的净利润

Profit Model and Its Optimization in Supply Chain

The cost model of supply chain was established. According to the Activity Based Cost analysis in management accounting,the cost structure of the distributor in a supply chain was studied. Eight different types of activity based costs were presented. The profit optimization model for distributor was established. The adjustable parts of customer order quantities are decision variables in the model. An effective evident for relationship coordination in supply chain was presented. Using evolutionary programming algorithm, the model was applied to simulate the practical problems of enterprise. The adjustment of the customer order quantity in certain scope can increase the net profit of distributor.
