摘    要:呋喃酮类香料在食品、烟草中应用很广。文章在无水无氧,二乙胺存在的条件下,萘化锂与丁酸作用,生成α-碳负离子丁酸锂,然后再与1,2-环氧丙烷作用,得到γ-羟基酸,经分子内脱水环化得呋喃酮,用IR、13CNMR和GC/MS对其进行了研究,并对反应机理进行了讨论。

Abstract:Furanones are widely used in food and tobacco,ant it is very important to study their synthesis and properties. In this paper,pure 5 methyl 3 ethyl 4, 5 dihydro 2 (3H) furanone is obtained by the reaction of the butyric acid with 1,2 epoxypropane in the presence of lithium,naphthalene and disthylamine.It is characterized by IR, 13 CNMR and GC/MS.
