摘    要:骨髓间充质干细胞因其可获得性、可扩增性和可多向分化性,是理想的组织工程种子细胞,用于构建工程组织。实现这一目标的主要障碍在于如何在体外模拟生理环境培养骨髓间充质干细胞,因此,研究并改进骨髓间充质干细胞体外三维培养至关重要。对近年来骨髓间充质干细胞作为组织工程种子细胞的培养方式、培养系统以及培养中的环境因素加以评述。

Abstract:Bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells can be isolated, expanded, and stimulated to differentiate into various tissues in vitro. This approach is now being explored to generate engineered tissues that the body cannot naturally repair when challenged. Obstacles relate to the application of controllable cell culture modes and systems to specifically mimic in vivo environment. In this article, three-dimensional cultivation of bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells is reviewed with emphasis on culture modes, culture systems and their environmental factors.
