变速器换挡二次冲击强度频次分析

摘    要:为研究汽车变速器换挡的二次冲击强度分布规律,在自行研制的换挡性能试验台上,对某款变速器各挡位以不同换挡速度分别进行了各50次换挡试验,实时测得换挡力、换挡位移、同步转矩、变速器输入/输出转速,得到了各挡位换挡特性曲线;并对不同换挡速度下各挡位二次冲击强度进行了频次分析。结果表明,随着换挡速度增加,同一挡位的二次冲击强度呈现减弱趋势;同时该变速器只有Ⅰ挡未出现二次冲击,Ⅱ~Ⅵ挡均存在二次冲击现象;并且Ⅱ挡的二次冲击强度最大,Ⅵ挡仅在低换挡速度时存在二次冲击。

Abstract:Based on a custom-built experimental apparatus, the performance test of shift is performed to analyze the distribution of the double bump strength of automobile transmission.The shift system was respectively tested 50 times at different speed of shift. During the experiment, the shifting force, the shifting displacement, the synchronizing torque, the rotate speed of transmission input shaft and the rotate speed of transmission output shaft are measured with shift time,and gear shift characteristics curve are obtained.Analyzing the distribution of the double bump strength of gears at different shift speed. Results indicate that double bump strength of the same gear is reduced with the shift speed increasing.Moreover,only the 1st gear is not double bump.The 2nd through 6th gear indicated that double bump exists,and the 2nd gear showed the highest double bump strength,the 6th gear existed the double bump only at the low shift speed.
