摘    要:为实现高效率、高精度的航空发动机模拟机匣的动力学建模和振动特性分析,利用LMS Virtual Lab混合仿真软件,建立了基于试验模型与有限元模型的模拟机匣混合模型。在此基础上,进行了基于混合模型的模拟机匣模态计算与分析。为了验证使用混合模型进行模拟机匣振动特性分析的准确性,对模拟机匣进行了模态试验。将混合模型计算结果和模拟机匣的模态试验结果进行对比。结果表明除振型一致外,各阶模态频率接近,误差不超过1.5%。由此说明建立的模拟机匣混合模型能较好地反映实际结构的振动特性。基于LMS Virtual Lab的混合仿真方法可靠、有效,可用于工程上大型复杂结构振动特性的计算与分析。

Abstract:In order to realize high efficiency and high precision dynamic modeling and vibration characteristics analysis for an aero-engine simulation casing, hybrid simulation software named LMS Virtual Lab was used to build hybrid model of the simulation casing based on test model and finite element model. On that basis, modes of the simulation casing based on the hybrid model were calculated and analyzed. In order to verify the accuracy of vibration characteristics of the simulated casing using the hybrid model, modal test of the simulation casing was carried out. The calculated results of the hybrid model were compared with the test modal results of the simulation casing. The compared results demonstrated that in addition to the consistence of modal shapes, the modal frequencies of each mode were close to each other, and the errors of each mode were less than 1.5%, which indicates that the hybrid model of the simulation casing established can reflect the vibration characteristics of real structure well. Hybrid simulation method based on LMS Virtual Lab is reliable and effective and it can be employed in the calculation and analysis of the vibration characteristics for large and complex structures in engineering.
