| 摘 要： | 本文阐述了功率模块(Power Modules)的结构原理、特性参数及特点,同时对高绝缘、良导热系统进行了实验研究。结果表明,所研制的MKT-90系列晶闸管模块在指定条件下,实现额定值长期运行是可行的。

| Abstract: | In order to reduce the size of the power converter in a single-phase or three-phase bridge, a new type of modules has been developed. Two power diodes or thyristor units are connected in series and assembled in one "cell-packing".The structure, the natural parameters and the specific features of a 40-90 A, 1500 V series of thyristor modules, diode modules and hybrid modules are described. |
