淮南市矿区蔬菜中铜的吸收特征研究

摘    要:采用火焰原子吸收光谱法测定了淮南市矿区六种叶菜类蔬菜中铜的含量,目的在于探讨铜在蔬菜中的吸收特征,为人们选择食用蔬菜提供可靠的理论依据.结果表明:这六种蔬菜均未受到铜的污染.但是铜在蔬菜中含量随不同的蔬菜品种差异明显,在区域上废矿井区蔬菜对铜的富集吸收能力强于老矿井区.

Abstract:The contents of Cu was determined in the six leaf vegetables of Huainan coal-mining area by flame AAS to explore the Cu absorption characteristics of vegetables and provide the reliable theoretical references for the choice of vegetables. The result shows no pollution of Cu in these six kinds of vegetables. However, the contents of Cu in the different vegetables are obviously different. The absorption ability of the vegetables in abandoned coal-mining district is stronger than that of the vegetables in old coal-mining district.
