| 摘 要： | 运动中急性腰部损伤是经常发生的一种运动伤病，本文通过急性腰部损伤发病的机制，进一步研究损伤发生的原因、临床特征，提出急性腰部损伤的治疗原则、方法和预防措施．目的在于减少体育运动中的腰部损伤的发生几率，为体育锻炼提供保证．

| Abstract: | As acute injuries of back and wrist is often occurred during the sports, this article gives a further research on the causes of the injury, the clinical features based on the pathogenesis of the acute injury of the back and wrist.Also , in order to decrease the risk of the injury of back and wrist during the sports and guarantee the safety of the sports, the author discusses the priciples , the therapies, and preventive steps. |
