大专学历小学教师继续教育现状及其对策研究

摘    要:在了解专科学历小学教师继续教育的现状,分析不同大专学历小学教师培养模式特点的基础上,对继续教育的课程设置、内容选择、教学模式等提出若干建议,这对改革在职专科学历小学教师的继续教育模式,构建专科学历小学教师职前职后一体化教育,完善专科学历小学教师的素质结构,提高素质教育的质量起着相当大的作用。

Abstract:This paper is aimed to analyze the current situation and different teaching modes of elementary school teachers with a view to their three\|year junior college program,and then present some suggestions on the curriculum development, material selection and teaching mode in the continuing education system. This is believed to play a big role in reforming the in\|service elementary school teacher continuing education system of pre\|service and in\|service teacher training,perfecting the quality framework of the elementary school teachers for the three\|year junior college program and promoting the quality\|oriented education.
