| 摘 要： | 采用水平板淀粉凝胶电泳法检测了４０头成华猪１３个血液蛋白座位的多型性的相关并计算其等位基因的频率及其估计误差以及估计值的精确度和可靠必酹明：成华猪在Ｔｆ、Ａｍ、Ｈｐ座位表现多型并分别同人显性等位基因支配，同时，在Ａｍ座位还发现了一个新基因，暂命名为Ａｍ＾ｃ。

| Abstract: | By applying simple random sampling, polymorphism at 13 blood protein loci of Chenghua pig population as examined by horizontal starch gel electrophoresis. The allele frequencies at each locus were calculated and their precision degree and confidence probability were also estimated simultaneously. The results showed that three loci were polymorphic, namely Tf,Am,Hp and dominated by 3,5,3 codominance akkekes, respectively. The other ten loci namely Pa, Cp, 6PGD, CEs,Ca,EsD,PHI, G6PD,PGM,MDH were monomorphic. A new variant at Am locus was discovered for the first time. |
