摘    要:利用亲和素作为连接臂将生物素修饰的单链DNA固定在传感器的栅区表面上,制成DNA场效应管生物传感器,研究DNA场效应管的稳定性和特异性,并测定该传感器对不同浓度DNA互补链检测的效应值.

Abstract:A DNA field-effect transistor was manufactured. Single-stranded DNA modified with biotin was fixed on the surface of the sensor, using avidin as the connector. The stability and selectivity of DNA field effect transistor was studied, and the response of different complementary DNA concentration was determined.
