| 摘 要： | 介绍了独角莲的化学成分和药理作用.分析并整理大量文献资料,系统的介绍目前关于独角莲的研究,发现其主要化学成分为苷类化合物、有机酸、氨基酸、微量元素、甾体类化合物和挥发油,主要药理作用为免疫调节、抗炎、抗肿瘤等,但其有效成分及相应的作用机制尚不明确.为更好的开发和利用独角莲提供科学依据.

| Abstract: | The chemical components and pharmacological effects of Typhonium giganteum were described in this paper .Through analyzing and organizing of a lot of literature the cur-rent researches about it were introduced systematically .It was found that the main chemical constituents were nucleoside compounds , organic acids, amino acids, trace elements, non-steroidal compound and volatile oil , and the main pharmacological effects were immune regu-lation, anti-inflammatory, anti-tumor and so on.It was concluded that scientific basis was offered in this paper to make further research on Typhonium giganteum . |
