| 摘 要： | 动态寻优法是一种工业优化试验方法.其目的是在工业化生产过程中运用数理统计技术和科学试验方法,寻找最佳工艺参数组合以提高产量,改进质量和降低成本.本方法的最大特点和优点是在不投资或很少投资的前提下,充分挖掘现有设备的潜力,并随着原料,工艺和环境条件的变化适时地改变工艺参数,使过程在接近最优状态下运行.

| Abstract: | Dynamically searching out optimum operating conditions is an opti- mization experimentation in the scale of industrial production by means of statistical experimental design for the purpose of increasing yield,improving quality,and reducing cost.The signaficant feature and merit of this method is that it makes the process operate at approximately optimum conditions only through timely adjusting the process variables without additional investment. |
