面向过程的制造网络构建策略

现有制造企业生产组织管理模式与信息技术应用存在较多不适应之处 ,但这种现状又难以在短时间得到改变 ,如何在维持现有模式条件下 ,实施企业信息化改造 ,是一个急需解决的课题。因此 ,在分析企业产品形成过程的组织管理和信息流基础上 ,提出面向过程的制造网络构建策略 ,结合国内企业生产特点 ,在不改变企业组织管理模式前提下 ,实现了制造系统网络化。

Construction strategy of process-oriented manufacturing network

There are some inadaptable questions between management mode of production organization and application of information technology in the current manufacturing enterprises,and this situation is difficult to change in a short time,so a problem to be solved imperatively is how to carried out information reconstruction while maintaining the current management mode in the enterprises.In this paper, the organization management and information stream during the forming process of products are analyzed,and the construction strategy of process-oriented manufacturing network is proposed. With the production characteristics of domestic enterprises considered,the network of manufacturing system is built up without changing the management mode of enterprise organization.
